About Natural Supply Co

Our story

Established in Geelong in 2014, Natural Supply Co is your local destination for all things natural, organic and zero waste - a small business with heart.

It's owned and run by besties Celeste Robertson and Sarah Scott, who are both obsessed with all things natural yet luxurious. We believe that sustainable living doesn't have to be all brown paper packaging; we're passionate about using products that harness the power of natural ingredients and are beautiful to have in your bathroom, kitchen or home.

We are proud to stock pretty much everything you could ever need. From candles to makeup, cleaning products to insect repellent, baby products to organic tea, gifts for your dad or your BFF. If you love it and want it, we have a natural version for you to feel good about.

Natural Supply Co proudly profiles and shares natural, cruelty-free, zero waste and low-toxic products that we love using ourselves. We embrace the slow living lifestyle, and look for quality over quantity in all aspects of our lives. 

In 2020, in the midst of a global pandemic, we opened our first shop in Newtown, VIC, before moving to Geelong West in early 2025. We absolutely love connecting with our local supporters face to face!

3 things you may not know about Natural Supply Co...

- we reuse as much packaging we receive from our suppliers as possible. All packing beans are reused, we reuse boxes whenever possible, as well as bubble wrap: in fact, since our launch we have never purchased any bubble wrap at all! We also don't print packing slips or invoices; no unnecessary paper waste for us.

- we pack all orders in house, and add a handwritten note in all orders. We love getting to know our customers through social media and email, and feel like we are writing letters to friends! 

- we donate to local charities regularly, with a focus on Feed Me Geelong to help ensure that all of our community have access to regular meals.

Who we are

Natural Supply Co is proudly run by dear friends Celeste Robertson and Sarah Scott... who love to match!! What started out as an accidental match became a fully fledged hobby, and we now have dozens of matching outfits. You can check out our weekly #MatchingMonday outfits on Insta, if you would like. We've been close friends for over ten years, and spending time together through Natural Supply Co is one of the joys of running our little business together.
