No, you can earn points and redeem rewards both online and in store. Just make sure you always use the same email address in which you created the account across online and in store.

To get Bronze Leaf status, you must spend $250 in one year.
To achieve Silver Leaf, you must spend $600 in one year.
To become a Gold Leaf, you must spend $1200 in one year.
To ensure you earn the right amount of points, make sure you are logged in before placing an order online and tell us your email when purchasing in store.

Once you click on the Nicety reward icon in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, click on the 'sign in' text. Once you arrive at the sign in page, select 'forgotten password'. You will be sent an email to reset the password. The user name is your email the account was created under.
