    The warming Weleda Arnica Massage Oil is ideal for use both before and after sport or strenuous activity.

    It contains a blend of Sunflower Seed oil, Olive oil and extracts of organic Arnica flowers and Birch leaves, which help to support the skin's natural functions, while soothing and toning skin with a warming sensation.

    The powerful scent of Rosemary and Lavender makes this oil ideal for massage before and after sports, to keep the muscles warm and flexible. 

    You'll appreciate the benefits of this all-natural product whether you’re an athlete, an outdoor worker, or any active person who cares about their body.

    Directions: For a massage, apply oil once per day to dry skin so that it is not absorbed too quickly. Do not apply to broken skin.

    My fave winter body oil

    I suffer from the dreaded snake skin in winter, particularly on my legs. But since I have been using this body oil after I get out of the shower, I have noticed a huge improvement in my skin texture. It's definitely not just for massages!

    New favourite body moisturiser!

    I bought this as a massage oil but love the smell and feel so much that it’s now my daily body moisturiser. It’s light and spreadable, sinks in like a dream, and I love the herbaceous Arnica scent. It surprisingly sinks in so well I can put jeans on within 10 minutes and don’t feel like they’re dragging up my legs. Oh and it does have a lovely warming quality, which is nice for winter especially.
