The herbs used in the Love Tea Women's Wellness Loose Leaf Tea, including red clover, sage and lemon balm, have traditionally been used to support the nervous system, help regulate hormonal balance, and reduce the severity of hot flushes.

The holistic Women's Wellness Loose Leaf Tea blend offers a refreshing mint flavour with delicate hints of soft lavender, lemon and sage.

This blend is caffeine free.

Directions: Place a heaped teaspoon (2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc and allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes. Strain the tea and serve.

Ingredients: Certified Organic Ingredients of sage, peppermint, licorice root, red clover, lavender, lemon balm.
