Love Tea Calming Tea is a gentle herbal blend, with subtle hints of mint and lemon, complemented by the soft floral tones of chamomile and lavender.

This blend is caffeine free, and makes the perfect gift for those who struggle to switch off and relax.

Directions: Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc. Allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.
