Rose Glow Lover Lips is manna to the most dehydrated lips. Pure plant oils of Seabuckthorn and Jojoba are infused with reviving Rose Otto, compelling Immortelle, pure Palmarosa, benevolent Bergamot, languid Lavender, and a dash of beeswax so you can smell the roses and relax.

Directions: Apply to lips to keep them happy all day long. It may also be used as a fine-line balm on the delicate skin under the eyes and along top of the cheekbones. Perfect under Shimmer, Lover Lips, and Lipsticks.
