Directions: Apply liberally to sore muscles or dry skin and rub until absorbed.

Lani As well as being a solid daily all-over moisturiser, the addrd bonus of magnesium has been great for general aches and pains and sleep. This is a great “entry level” to the Base Collective range. A little goes a long way and with daily use a tub can last me 5 or so months.
