Directions: For general magnesium deficiencies, spray over the body avoiding eyes and any sensitive areas. Rub into the skin until absorbed. Oil may be left on the skin for maximum transdermal absorption or washed off after 20 minutes. The oil can also be used to target specific areas of muscle soreness. I personally would give this magnesium oil spray 5 stars, as it I feel significant results straight away (muscle soreness & sleep especially).
My partner, however thinks it is 'too strong' and his skin feels 'uncomfortable' if he leaves it on overnight.

I really suffer from headaches caused by muscle tension. I was advised by my naturopath to try applying magnesium topically every night before bed. I spray this liberally on my neck and shoulders and rub it in every night, and have not had any sore muscles since - it’s been over 2 weeks, which is unheard of for me! So happy :)
