The Love Tea Herbal Selection contains:

• 2 x Chamomile tea pyramids: a herbal infusion made from the whole flowers of the plant, chamomile has traditionally been used for a range of therapeutic benefits, including its ability to aid digestive function, support the nervous system and help alleviate anxiety. It offers anti–inflammatory properties and supports healthy sleep cycles. Delicate, calming, and caffeine free, chamomile offers a subtly sweet and floral flavour.
• 2 x Licorice Love tea pyramids: a refreshing blend of organic licorice root and spearmint, this blend offers a range of health benefits.
