Baked on a terracotta tile in Tuscany, Italy, INIKA's Baked Mineral Foundation creates the perfect natural base for your face. Combining the healthiness of mineral makeup with the performance of a pressed powder (without the harmful chemicals), this silky-smooth, breathable formula builds up from sheer coverage and blends easily.
Light reflecting technology allows each shade to flatter individual skin tones while giving a natural glowing finish. No Mess. Bonus mirror.
Directions: Swirl the INIKA Kabuki Brush or Foundation Brush to pick up the powder and tap to remove excess. Using circular motions, buff onto all areas of the face making sure to blend outwards and upwards.
It’s not the cheapest pressed powder so I have been reluctant to try...after I read the other reviews, I went with the pressed instead of loose and also chose a shade slightly darker but I found that it might be a little darker than I would’ve liked. Otherwise, it feels great and it’s light yet it covers well. Highly recommend. Also, could mix two tones in the loose to get the right tone as well.
Great alone or with B.B. cream
Love this powder, easy to put on by itself or over the top of the B.B. cream for more coverage. My sensitive skin has had no issues at all with either product which is a massive win.
Beautiful Lightweight Powder
I love this pressed powder. If I'm just at home I use it on its own for a little coverage or I apply it over my CC cream when I'm going out. I love that I can build it up to get a fuller coverage and I don't feel caked on.
Love this foundation; it’s great to have a natural alternative which isn’t a loose powder, I find those too messy. Easy to use, great shades and they last really well.
My foundation essential
I use this every single day. Whether I wear it alone or with a tinted moisturiser or BB cream underneath, this is my daily essential. It's so easy to use in the pressed format, and provides such great coverage without looking at all heavy or caked on the skin. One tip: it seems that the pressed foundations are a shade lighter than the loose, so go a shade darker than your usual with this one. I wear Nurture, but I would wear Unity in the loose.
