Great as part of bedtime routine

I have a cup of the Love Tea Sleep Tea every night before bed, combined with this Sleep Spray. My evenings are now far more relaxed and I’m sleeping much better. This spray really is relaxing, and I take a few really deep breaths after spraying it on my pillow.
