We certainly know how difficult it can be to build supply when starting breastfeeding - who knew something so natural wouldn't necessarily come easily? Enter the certified organic Love Tea Breastfeeding Tea Pyramids, which have been carefully blended by Naturopaths with organic herbs to help maintain healthy breast milk supply.
Fennel, fenugreek and caraway seeds, traditionally used to support healthy lactation and ease digestion for both mother and baby, offer therapeutic qualities in this gentle and soothing blend. It also offers subtle hints of lemon and fennel, balanced with the sweet tones of aniseed.
This blend is caffeine free and makes a thoughtful gift for a new mum.
Directions: Place 1 pyramid into a cup (250ml) and add boiling, filtered water at 75ºc–85ºc. Allow to infuse for 3–5+ minutes, and then remove the bag and serve.

Size: 20 x tea pyramids.

I personally didn't find this made a difference to my milk supply at all when I would use it consistently a few times a day or if I didn't, in my many attempts to increase my supply.
I’ve been drinking this tea since I had my little one seven months ago. If I feel my supply is low, I’ll drink a couple of cups a day to help it out. I also find the tea quite calming, and great to get the extra water consumption in which is needed while feeding.
