Meet your muscle relief must-have. The Muscle Relief Roll On was born after founder Keira Rumble experienced the worst restless legs and muscle cramps during her pregnancy with son Hunter in 2020. She couldn’t find anything to alleviate the discomfort or to stop the cramps in their tracks and was barely sleeping, so Keira decided to formulate a product that actually worked.

After putting it to the test during her second pregnancy with Goldie, the Muscle Relief Roll On has officially arrived. The Muscle Relief Roll On will also be useful in your postpartum period, when you’re on the go (or carrying your baby and kiddies around all day) and your body is feeling exhausted after bed and bathtime.

Directions: Shake the bottle well. Roll on your legs, sore muscles or area of concern before bed and during a cramp attack. Use as often as required.

Note: the Muscle Relief Roll On is designed to provide a significant cooling effect due to the inclusion of Menthol.
