We love Julia Busuttil Nishimura's food so much, we had to stock this beautiful cook book. It's all about eating simply and seasonally, and the dishes are brought to life through high quality ingredients.

There are plenty of quick recipes, with some requiring a little more time to bubble away on the stove. Linked by taste and pleasure, and making the most of seasonal produce, the book showcases generous, delicious food that the whole family will love, all year round.

Whether it's a cooling coffee granita to start a summer's day or the comfort of a hearty baked maccheroni in darkest winter, this is the kind of food you will want to share with your loved ones throughout the year.

The beautiful book also makes a gorgeous gift for your foodie friend!

About the author: Julia Busuttil Nishimura is a Melbourne-based cook, author and teacher, and the creator of Ostro - a beloved online space where she shares her food, photographs and stories. Julia teaches sell-out cooking workshops and pasta master classes; Celeste attended one of these at The Ko in Geelong and absolutely loved it!

    Everyone should have this

Not a bad recipe in the whole book - and it’s beautifully photographed, too. A treat to flip through and choose the next recipe to make. The lasagne is next on my list. Love everything about it!
