The men behind the NSC gals

This Father's Day we want to celebrate our husbands and the dads in our lives, Cam, Brendan and Chris. We've asked them to answer three questions about being a Dad and some of the answers surprised us!

Brendan (Cath's husband and Remy's Dad)

What's the best thing about being a Dad?

Learning Wiggles songs! Having a little friend to love and adore.

What's been the most surprising part of fatherhood?

How hard it is! But it sure is fulfilling.

Where's your favourite place to take Remy?

The dog park, or anywhere with dogs, the look on his face is priceless and we can spend ages just pointing and barking at dogs!

Cam (Lest's husband and Charlie's Dad)

What's the best thing about being a Dad?

All the giggles playing together, and having a mini me to listen to records with. Trying to teach him about good music early!

What's been the most surprising part of fatherhood?

How much mess he can make so quickly.

Where's your favourite place to take Charlie?

The bath! He loves splashing and playing games and it's really fun. We also love going to the park and running around like maniacs.

Chris (Sarah's husband and Leila's Dad)

What's the best thing about being a Dad?

The simple things. The look of excitement picking Leila up from school. Trying to find different ways to tickle. Ganging up on Mummy.

What's been the most surprising part of fatherhood?

How easy it is to gang up on Mummy.

Where's your favourite place to take Leila?

I love taking her for a visit to my work - or as she call it, 'the Go Cats' - especially if we see Joel Selwood, Leila's 'boyfriend' crush.
