Being surrounded by hundreds of incredible natural and organic products is hard work, but somebody has to do it, right?
Sarah and I are always asked which products we love the best, given we've tried and tested pretty much all of them; so here is my list of the top ten products I go back to time and time again. My trusty old favourites... in no particular order.
Babs Bicarb-Free Geranium & Clary Sage Deodorant: despite not having sensitive skin, my underarms seem to be pretty damn sensitive to bicarb soda! This is super gentle and so effective; better than any deodorant (natural or not) that I've ever used. Find out more >>
We use the Bondi Wash Bench Spray every day in our kitchen and it genuinely brings me pleasure every time I spray it. I think I'm weird, but it smells so good thanks to the Australian bush oils that it contains, and it cleans to effectively. I love the Sydney Peppermint & Rosemary scent but Cam prefers the Lemon Tea Tree & Mandarin option, so we usually alternate; fair is fair! Find out more >>
I absolutely love the Biologi Bqk Radiance Face Serum duo, and have been using it religiously for months. The set combines an AM and PM serum, which is all you need to use - it's a serum and moisturiser in one, which makes it both economical and convenient. These single-ingredient serums are potent and feel amazing on the skin, too - lightweight, no oiliness, yet beautifully hydrated. A big win in my books. Find out more >>
I have worked in the beauty industry for a realllly long time, and I've tried them all; name any of the big beauty brands that you'll find at Myer and I've tried their mascara. None of them compare to the INIKA Organic Vegan Long Lash Mascara, which lengthens, thickens and enhances brows beautifully. Plus, it's certified organic and perfect for those with sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers (like me!). There's a reason this baby is a bestseller... it really is the best! Find out more >>
I am a huge fan of the INIKA Organic BB Cream, but recently the Madara City CC Cream in Light has taken the edge thanks to its SPF15 rating and great neutral tone; I always wear it with INIKA Organic Baked Mineral Foundation in Strength over the top to ensure it lasts all day and adds a little extra coverage.
I am such a huge fan of the Luk Beautifood Lip Nourishes, and my current favourite everyday option is Pink Juniper. It's a lovely subtle pink, which enhances lips and leaves them nourished and comfortable. It's great for nights out with a dramatic or smoky eye, too. I reckon I apply this about 31 times a day - it's like my security blanket and I have to have one with me wherever I am! Find out more >>
I adore the Clemence Organics Ultimate Hand & Body Lotion; it’s rich and nourishing, and leaves my skin looking better immediately after application. I also really appreciate the low-waste aluminium packaging, which can be recycled over and over and over again. Find out more >>
I love the ethos behind Dirt Laundry Detergent: hello brains and beauty! I use the Dirt laundry detergent and when our clothes are extra dirty, I add the Dirt powder booster in to the wash as well. .
The glass dispenser bottle comes with a pump to help measure the exact amount of detergent required for every load of laundry. You can use one hand, with no spills. What's even better is there are handy Refill pouches and you can also bring your own container into store to fill, a great way to reduce waste in the home.
What are your favourite everyday products? Have you tried any of mine?
