If you have visited us in our Geelong shop or follow along our Instagram then you know how much we love our organic, natural and clean makeup brands.

But we don't just let any product onto our shelves! We are completely obsessed with all things natural yet luxurious, and we truly believe that sustainable and clean beauty shouldn't mean sacrificing high-performing formulas or beautiful aesthetics (it doesn't have to be all brown paper packaging, we promise!).

Before a makeup brand earns our "clean" seal of approval, it has to pass a super strict vetting process. We proudly champion cruelty-free, zero-waste, and low-toxic brands, and we only ever stock the products we actually love using ourselves.

When we recommend a product to you, it means we’ve personally tested it and know without a doubt that it is packed with natural ingredients that really work, is ethically produced, and is consciously packaged to be just as kind to the planet as it is to your beautiful skin!

1. Ere Perez Cosmetics

We could literally talk about Ere Perez makeup AND skincare (check out this recent Reel on the amazing EP skincare range) all day… because it’s SO good.

It's one of our favourite and best-selling makeup ranges. If you’re ’natural makeup curious’ but not converted, you must give it a try. 

This unique Australian range is everything we look for: luxurious, fuss-free, affordable, and completely focused on healthy, radiant skin. They use powerful botanical ingredients to create makeup that doubles as skincare.

• Our Top Pick: The Oat Milk Foundation. It has a beautiful, lightweight texture that melts right into the skin, giving you a fresh, dewy, "your skin but better" finish without clogging pores.

2. Lük Beautifood

We used to be completely addicted to department store lipsticks until we learned what was actually in them (lead and phthalates? No thank you!). Lük Beautifood changed the game for us. They create deeply moisturising lipsticks using 100% natural colours, active foods, and toxin-free ingredients.

• Our Top Pick: Their Lip Nourish range. Both Sarah & I swear by these! They give the perfect wash of colour while feeding your lips with things like avocado oil and cocoa butter.

• And Court absolutely loves the Instant Glow Tinted Complexion Balm!

3. Aleph Beauty

Aleph was created by a professional makeup artist to tackle the dirty problems in the clean beauty industry. They use safe, non-toxic, and vegan ingredients, avoiding things like microplastics, silicones, and synthetic fragrances. We absolutely love that they embed sustainability into every part of their business—from manufacturing to recycling—and they are proudly B Corp Certified!

• Our Top Pick: We completely swoon over the Aleph lip/eye multi-use liners! The texture, colour and versatility need to be seen to be believed. They are eyes, cheeks, lip - ok full face - approved!
• Sarah absolutely loves the Aura Gloss - especially in Ember which is a gorgeous berry-currant shade, which is a gloss but with the properties of a balm and that sheer wash of colour we love!
• And Celeste simply cannot get enough of the Aleph Hybrid Eye Pigment, Aleph Lift/Lengthen Mascara and Aleph Aura Gloss as part of her glowing makeup look.

4. Eye of Horus Cosmetics
