• Vetiver root: Known as the oil of tranquillity, Vetiver stabilises emotions and promotes relaxation and deep meditation
• Ylang Ylang: Promotes calm and emotional balance, softening emotional intensity
• Lemon Balm (Melissa): Encourages emotional balance and relaxation, alleviating stress
• Rose: Opens the heart, encouraging self-compassion and emotional release
• Pink Yarrow Essence: Strengthens emotional boundaries, offering protection while working through difficult emotions.
• Bleeding Heart Essence: Supports the release of attachments and promotes emotional independence during grief and trauma healing.

Directions: Gently shake bottle and spritz the mist on or around you. Take a deep breath through your nose, allowing the natural scent and energetics of flowers and plants to work its magic.
