Made from the natural mineral supplement magnesium chloride, this potent P.M spray is the perfect addition to your nighttime routine to soothe aching muscles, cramps and encourage better sleep.
Shake the bottle well, then apply one to two sprays to the soles of the feet, back of the knees and shoulders and lightly massage in. Use daily before bed. It might tingle… that’s the natural magnesium doing it’s job.
*Do not spray on freshly shaved, waxed, broken or irritated skin.
