Archivist Gallery's love affair with the talented illustrator and screen printer, Charlotte Farmer, started when they realised that she, like them, has a great love of vintage matchbox labels.

Recreating and imagining colourful and clever designs for matchboxes has been at the heart of the collaboration. We adore the latest iteration: the leopard lounging on the back of a slightly bemused silver elephant is brilliant!
