The notes in Sanctuary may be helpful in moments of anxiety, mood swings, and emotional overwhelm. Ylang ylang is known in aromatherapy for its ability to support peace, soften feelings of anger, and offer a sense of safety and ease. Vetiver helps ground us when we feel disconnected from our bodies or the earth. Known as the oil of tranquility in Sri Lanka, it’s also traditionally used in India to scent homes, inviting in a calming atmosphere.

Directions: Gently massage on wrists, temples, neck, hands or feet and experience their aromatherapeutic scent.
