We take our lovely bold and exquisite cocoa, add a naturally caramelly unrefined organic panela sugar and season it with pink lake salt. It's smooth and utterly delicious.
We are blessed to have one of the world's tastiest, and without a doubt, prettiest, salt sources in our backyard. The Dimboola Lake salt in strikingly pink, fed by an ancient aquifer, its unique blend of minerals gives it a wonderful well-rounded complex flavour.
