Love Tea Sleep Tea Pyramids

This is a regular habit as this tea helps me prepare for a restful sleep. I have a cup every evening

I have never been a big fan of herbal teas but decided to give this a go, I was surprised how good it tastes.
It's far superior to your average tea bag - I think just dunking it has a calming effect! The perfect wind down before bed. :)

I have a cup or two of this tea every night before bed. Combined with the Little Sleep Spray by Base Collective and my evenings are now far more relaxed and I’m sleeping much better. The tea is really delicious!

Over the past few months I have became a chronic insomniac. I literally stay up all night every night and have been surviving on 2 hours sleep a day. It really started to impact my
state of mind and mental health.

The Doctor offered sleeping tablets but I really didn’t want to go down that route as I’m already on various prescription medications.

I decided to try the Love Tea Sleep Tea. I didn’t expect anything, as I have tried many similar teas before.

The first night I tried this tea I was surprised by how pleasant it tasted. It has a minty aftertaste. It also tastes great cold. I actually slept for a whole 6 hours on the first night I had it. I didn’t know if it was the tea or exhaustion!!

I’ve been having this tea every night for a few weeks now. It doesn’t always help me sleep but it somehow calms me down and has become a part of my nightly ritual before bed. I have definitely been sleeping better than I was and I think this tea is the reason why.
