    With magnesium sourced directly from The Dead Sea, this is a quality therapeutic soak you can trust.

    Directions: 

    For a Bath: Dissolve 1/2 to 1 Full Sachet of Salts into a warm bath and soak for at least 20 minutes to maximise transdermal absorption.

    For a Foot Bath: Add 1 to 2 tablespoons of Salts into a warm foot bath and soak for at least 20 minutes to maximise transdermal absorption.

    Ingredients: Dead Sea Magnesium Chloride Flakes.

    This product does as it says, definitely relaxes you from head-to-toe. I just think it is a bit overpriced considering you're only getting two uses max from one packet.

    Great for restoring sore muscles

    I’m a bath addict and these are a staple for me. I find them particularly brilliant after I’ve been for a proper run and my muscles are feeling sore or tight. I also add a dash of the Salus Rose Bath Oil for the ultimate relaxing treat skin softening bliss.
