Designed to create sharp edges and hairlike strokes, for precision liner and brows.
Pro Tip: Own more than one to create precision brows and tidy liner. Once finished with Gel Liner application, use a tissue to remove excess from the brush to avoid product setting on brush.
Directions: Use to apply Gel Liner or Hybrid Eye Pigment.
