It's easier (and more stylish) than ever to bring your own cutlery - because who knows who’s touched that communal set?! Say goodbye to disposable plastic while you’re at it too, with The Somewhere Co's Take Me Away Cutlery Kit. Meals and drinks on the go, picnics, lunches in the park - you’re covered with this portable 7-piece cutlery kit.

Featuring a knife, spoon, fork, chopsticks, medium straw (thick smoothie lovers - we got you) and straw cleaner all housed in a plastic container, which is easy to clean. The cutlery is made from high quality stainless steel - no blunt edges to be found!

The container, which is made from recycled plastic and can be recycled at the end of its life, keeps your set together so you can easily throw it in your handbag. Dirty cutlery is contained - no grubby fabric pouches here - and everything (including the container) can be thrown in the dishwasher for an easy clean.

Noteworthy info:

  • 7 piece kit - stainless steel knife, fork, spoon, chopsticks, medium straw, straw cleaner, recycled plastic container
  • Container size - 24x6x3cm
  • Dishwasher safe
  • Keep me out of the microwave and maybe don’t take me in your carry on when flying!
  • Container made from recycled (and recyclable) plastic

Solid take away

This is the perfect take away cutlery. Solid and well crafted for all food types. The case has a cushioned slip to protect from damage. The only thing that could be an issue in the long run is where the cutlery rests (note: not the cutlery itself), it’s not overly secure and if the insert was lost it’s very noisy. By no means a deal breaker but it could be something the manufacturer could look at in the future.
