The Laundress have now issued a full recall on their range: they have decided to issue a full market withdrawal of the brand with the intention to re-launch The Laundress with products that reaffirm a commitment to the highest standards of consumer safety and quality.
If you have already made a claim for the original recalled items, please follow the same procedure for any other The Laundress items you may have on hand. This includes any accessories, bags, brushes, etc.
All refunds are being issued by Unilever (The Laundress) and not via retail stores (including Natural Supply Co).
A dedicated help line has been set up for The Laundress recall which is1800 061 027(Monday to Friday between 7am to 4pm AEST) and Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 4pm AEST.
Please ensure you have your product/s at hand as well as proof of purchase (receipt / tax invoice) which will be required to place your claim. If you no longer have the product, a claim may not be able to be validated.
