Winki Zinc 100% Natural Lip Balm SPF30

As a ginger living in Australia, wearing SPF is an all year round essential to me. But where have the SPF lip products been?

Im now 42 and despite a lifetime of slip slip slap, my lips are now getting pre- skin cancers and I’m having to get them cut off at the dermatologist.

Now I’m committed to wearing SPF on my lips as well as my face, and finally there’s a zinc product that’s pretty, feels nice and is zero waste. Thank you Winki Zinc for creating it and girls for supplying it. The peach is absolutley perfect. Never drying. Feels lovely. Looks pretty.

It's super hydrating and comes in alot of nice colours. The annoying thing is the packaging, but I'd rather this than plastic.

This is such a great product and I’ve been searching for a while for something to protect my lips. I get dark spots on my lips from sun damage and doctor recommended to always have zinc on them to prevent future spots from occurring. It is a little hard to apply with the way the packaging is made but it does the trick and I feel that I’m keeping my lips protected.

I bought this in rose and came back for the coral. It's a beautiful and subtle colour on the cheeks with a glowy finish. I expected as a lip product that it would be awful as I often hate using these dual cheek/lip products on my lips, but surprisingly it's great - goes on just like a creamy lipstick.

The formula is essentially all hydrating ingredients which is amazing to see, and I love the biodegradable packaging. My only critique is that it isn't a twist to raise classic lip balm package, instead you need to push your finger in the bottom of the tube and pop the product up, then let it fall back down when you're done. Personally I find that a little cumbersome when trying to apply with precision to the lips, and I can see it being really annoying when I get close to the end of the product, but not a deal breaker for me.

I live in the San Francisco Bay Area and am vigilant about sun protection. When I tried to buy a tinted lip balm with SPF in sustainable packaging, I couldn't find any in the U.S. Then I found Natural Supply Company online, and I'm so happy that I did. The lip balm is easy to use and I love the rose tint.
