Natural Harry is a recipe book full of creative, simple and life-affirming plant-based recipes coupled with tips on shopping, planting and self-care.

With a focus on nutrition and quality ingredients, Natural Harry offers up more than 70 organic recipes and a new way to think about food. What started as a beach-side van serving smoothies and raw desserts has grown into this book, which also includes breakfasts, mains, desserts and even recipes for the body and home – all free from meat, gluten, dairy and refined sugar. 

About the author: Harriet Birrell is an authentic and inspiring local on a mission to show people how easy (and fulfilling!) it can be to reduce waste and live a cleaner, tox-free life. Based on Victoria's Bellarine Peninsula, Harriet started her food journey serving organic smoothies and raw desserts from a caravan on a bush block at Barwon Heads. When she is not cooking, or surfing, or tending her veggie patch with dog Fred by her side, she is busy working on her blog, hosting workshops and creating content designed to make people think. Harriet is a qualified health coach and yoga teacher, and has studied plant-based nutrition at e-Cornell University.

If you are thinking about going vegan or if you already are and don’t have Natural Harry’s 3 books do your self a favour and buy them now . They are the best investment you will make .I’ve been a vegan for about a year now and only have these 3 books.Her flavours are insanely good , her recipes for clean living and body products are just as good as her flavours! I use her books everyday. OMG her desserts are sooooooooo goooooood and best of all really easy to make.
