Ebony Lindsay Great for baking or wrapping
I definitely find the bake or wrap functionality of these sheets great and easy to use. However, I have struggled to use these sheets effectively to seal anything. I find them a bit too fiddly if I don't have a small enough item I'm sealing off so the sheet can fully wrap around itself. Hence the 4 star - great bake or wrap, not so great for sealing. Unfortunately, I still purchase compostable plastic wrap for this purpose.
Also I wash my sheets in the dishwasher on the top tray for utensils - works a treat!

This product is exactly what I've been looking for. I've tried beeswax wraps and other silicone products, but they never quite worked to replace the single-use products I wanted to replace. These are great. Will definitely be coming back for more in different sizes.
