What's the best natural red lipstick?

If you're a beauty junkie, chances are you're always on the hunt for the holy grail lipstick; one that isn't too drying on the lips, but lasts for ages; a lipstick that suits your colouring perfectly, and looks like it was MADE for you, rather than making you feel like you're playing dress ups with your Mum's shimmery lipsticks from the 80s.

And when you find that holy grail lippie, you hang on to it and you never forget when the manufacturer discontinues it, and then you're back on the hunt for that perfect shade. WHY does that always seem to happen?!

But don't fret - we've found the perfect natural red lipstick

It's not pink-based, it's not blue-based, it's not orange-based; it's just a truly sumptuous, vampy red lipstick. We think it will suit pretty much everyone, and it's from Aussie beauty brand Eye of Horus.

After a busy day - yoga, work and toddler wrangling, the usual! - I was about to head out the door to have dinner with Sarah, when I glanced in the mirror and felt a bit drab. I'd been wearing the same makeup all day and needed a little boost.

I added a swipe of the gorgeous Eye of Horus BIO Lipstick in Vesta Red, and immediately felt better; brighter, a bit glam and ready for a night out! 

Plus... this bad boy didn't transfer onto my wine glass at dinner, which was a big win. Woo hoo!
