Cath loves the Soak Society Sleep Wellness Soak!

Ok so you may have cottoned on but I'm going through a massive obsession with bath soaks lately! It's just the best alone time that I can muster - I sit back, breath in the fresh scents and let the hot water wash over me.

Today I've tested out a soak for deep beauty sleep, the wellness soak from Soak Society which combines "lavender and chamomile to calm your busy mind, oatmeal to moisturise, and white clay to soften skin". 

Soak right before bed to prepare you for a peaceful slumber. Holla! 

Made from 100% natural ingredients, the Soak Society Sleep Wellness Soak is vegan and suitable for all skin types.

This pack contains enough salts for 5-6 baths. I've taken some pics in my favourite tea cup so you can see the ingredients up close and personal. 

Ingredients: Epsom salts, Active White Kaolin Clay, Celtic Sea Salt, Colloidal Oatmeal, Lavender & Chamomile. May contain traces of gluten.

This soak made for a lovely bath and as always, lavender is the (natural) key to a good sleep. Cath xxx
