The Base Collective's Magnesium Oil contains naturally derived ingredients that may assist with:

Directions: For general magnesium deficiencies, spray over the body avoiding eyes and any sensitive areas. Rub into the skin until absorbed. Oil may be left on the skin for maximum transdermal absorption or washed off after 20 minutes. The oil can also be used to target specific areas of muscle soreness. Simply spray directly to the afflicted area and rub into the skin. Again it can be left on or washed off after 20 minutes.
