The Natural Supply Co 'Gee' Dress was inspired by Celeste's beautiful grandmother, affectionately nicknamed Gee, who emigrated to Melbourne from Poland after surviving Auschwitz in WWII.
Armed with a sewing machine on the boat trip over, Gee and her husband ran a successful coat making factory in Melbourne in the 1950s and '60s. Our dresses are a tribute to her.
Melbourne artist Sarah Rowe created the beautiful artwork design just for us. The fabric was then printed in Melbourne, before being transformed into our gorgeous frocks by an Ethical Clothing Australia-accredited maker.
The dress has been designed to slip on over your head: no fiddly buttons or zips to see here! It's knee length, and we think it looks incredible with bare legs in warmer weather, or layered up with a skivvy and tights in cooler weather - so versatile!
We created this dress for us, really - and for you. People who love fashion but want it to be fun and easy, no dry cleaning or ironing required. People who care about the environment, and the people who make garments; that want industry to be kept alive in Australia, and workers to earn a fair wage for their work.

Fabric: 100% cotton with a warp satin weave, which gives it a soft lustre to the surface and a smooth luxe finish. Printed in Melbourne.
Care: Cold gentle machine or hand wash individually, use quality laundry liquid, and wash inside out to protect print. Do not soak, wring, rub, bleach or tumble. Pull back into shape and dry flat or on hanger. Warm iron on reverse side. Dry clean using Hydrocarbon (perc free).
